Yes, as long as the custom application is on a leading data base like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL and DB2.
EZlytix is hosted on Amazon AWS and leverage the world class data security features of AWS. EZlytix adapters connect to your on-premise applications/databases using the secured Barracuda site to site VPN tunnel to replicate the data into Amazon. For cloud based application, we use EZlytix Proprietary framework by leveraging application web services to fetch the data by generating secured connection using OAuth 2.0 authorization.
On and average, we work with business users and IT team for 16-18 hours to configure EZlytix.
Yes, we will give you multiple spreadsheet template with instructions and your team can give us data dump in that specific format.
It takes about 2-4 weeks to implement EZlytix with all your custom configuration.
No, due to the security reasons, we will not update any data back to your system. However, we will provide you with a report that lists all the records that needs to be cleansed.
All additional and custom configuration will be discussed during the implementation phase.
Yes, absolutely you can download the reports in excel, pdf, word and csv format and it can also be emailed to another user or scheduled to be distributed at a specific time.
We sync the data on daily basis. We normally schedule the sync after your nightly backup.
We load up to 3 years of historical data for the analysis purpose.
